Dr. Chris Stevenson was raised in Arizona, but came to love the Midwest as he attended school in Omaha and then went on to practice in Des Moines. After practicing as a general dentist for three years in both Iowa and Arizona, Dr. Chris came to the decision that he wanted to specialize as a pediatric dentist. Dr. Chris realizes that positive dental experiences early in life are essential for reducing dental apprehension not only as a child, but for life. As a parent of two children on the autism spectrum, Dr. Chris has a passion for working with children with special needs and making sure that they receive high quality, individualized care. Dr. Chris has been married to his wife, Tani for over a decade and together they have four young children. In his spare time, Dr. Chris enjoys obstacle course races, hiking, running, reading, and spending time with his family.
